Our Zinc phosphate pigment is a white, a safer, eco-friendly alternative to traditional toxic anticorrosive pigments. It works chemically and physically to stop rust, forming a passive layer on metal surfaces, especially good for inhibiting under-film corrosion.

It is effective in solvent-based and water-based systems, for high-performance industrial coatings like coil coatings and primers. It works well with epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and chlorinated rubber resin systems. It can be added to paints, typically at 5-20% concentration and is mainly applied in primers for steel, automotive finishes, can coatings, and general metal protection.
