Wadah tes electroplating, Bak uji sepuh, Hull test chamber

Rp123.00

Our Hull cell is a miniature, trapezoidal electroplating test cell that simulates industrial plating baths to diagnose solution health, allowing operators to analyze deposits across a wide range of current densities in a single test. By observing the plated panel's appearance (e.g., dullness, burning, brightness), platers can identify imbalances, impurities, or incorrect additive concentrations, optimizing plating quality for current density, coverage, and metal distribution without large-scale production runs.

How it Works

  1. Trapezoidal Design: The cell's unique shape, with angled anode and cathode, creates varying distances, resulting in different current densities across the test panel.

  2. Miniature Setup: A small sample of the plating solution, an anode, and the test panel (cathode) are used, connected to a rectifier.

  3. Variable Current: As current flows, the panel receives plating from low to high current density (CD) areas.

Why it's Used

  • Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose plating defects.

  • Process Control: Maintain optimal bath chemistry.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent, high-quality deposits.
