Our PTFE mixing plug (or stirrer stopper/bearing adapter) is  provides a safe, sealed entry point for a stirring rod into a reaction flask or vessel. It combines the functions of a standard stopper with a low-friction bearing to facilitate mechanical stirring in chemically aggressive or temperature-controlled environments.

The primary function of a PTFE mixing plug is to create a secure, chemical-resistant seal around a moving stirrer shaft, often inside a ground glass joint flask.
