Nickel Alloy Electroless Plating B314, 25 kg, SANCHE®

Rp123.00

Our Nickel Alloy Electroless Plating is an autocatalytic chemical process used to deposit a nickel alloy onto a substrate. It is favored over traditional electroplating for its perfectly uniform thickness and exceptional corrosion and wear resistance. The process requires no electricity.

Key Benefits:

  1. Hardness: As-plated hardness is roughly 45-50 HRC, but it can be increased to 68-70 HRC (comparable to hard chrome) via heat treatment at 400°C.

  2. Corrosion Protection: it prevents corrosive agents from penetrating the film.

  3. Solderability: Provides an excellent surface for soldering, commonly used in PCB manufacturing (ENIG process).

  4. Lubricity: It provides a low coefficient of friction, reducing "galling" in moving mechanical parts.
