High temperature circulating fluid bath, various models

Rp123.00

Our high-temperature circulating fluid bath (or heating circulator) is a laboratory and industrial system designed to heat and move a thermal fluid (water or oil) to maintain precise temperatures in a reservoir or external equipment. For temperatures exceeding 100°C, these units function as oil baths, utilizing specialized heat transfer fluids to reach levels as high as 300°C.

Key Features:

These units are engineered to provide high thermal stability and uniform distribution of heat through constant motion.

  1. Temperature Ranges: Depending on the model and fluid, these circulators typically operate from ambient +10°C to 200°C or 300°C.

  2. Circulation Mechanism: Equipped with powerful pumps (up to 24 L/min) that allow for both internal circulation within the bath and external circulation to remote vessels.

  3. Precise Control: Most use PID digital controllers to achieve high temperature stability, often within ±0.01°C to ±0.05°C.

  4. Safety Systems: Essential features include over-temperature alarms, low-liquid level sensors with automatic cut-off, and leakage protectors to prevent "dry burning".

  5. Construction: Typically built with stainless steel (SUS 304) internal tanks and insulated outer shells to minimize heat loss and protect users from burns.

Primary Applications:

  1. Reactor Support: Providing consistent heat for the interlayers of jacketed glass reactors or stainless steel vessels during chemical synthesis.

  2. Analytical Testing: Maintaining stable temperatures for instruments like viscometers, refractometers, and spectrophotometers.

  3. Materials Research: Testing the thermal properties of plastics, metals, and chemicals under controlled, high-heat environments.

  4. Calibration: Serving as a stable temperature source for calibrating sensors, thermometers, and flow meters.
