Aluminium anodizing A115, 25 kg, SANCHE®

Rp123.00

Our Aluminium anodizing converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. Unlike plating, which adds a layer on top of the metal, anodizing is integrated with the underlying aluminium substrate, so it cannot peel or chip.

Benefits:

1.) Enhanced Durability: Increased resistance to scratches, corrosion, and wear.

2.) Aesthetics: Wide range of colors and finishes possible.

3.) Integral Finish: The oxide layer can't chip or peel like paint.

4.) Electrical Insulation: Provides excellent insulating properties.

Common process steps:

1.) The aluminium part is submerged in an acidic electrolyte bath and an electric current is passed through it.

2.) The Setup: The aluminium part acts as the anode (positive electrode).

3.) Oxidation: The current releases oxygen ions from the electrolyte, which combine with aluminium atoms at the surface to create a highly controlled porous oxide layer.

4.) Coloring: Because the layer is porous, it can be dyed in various colors before the pores are "sealed." Key Benefits
